Lidl is a European discount supermarket chain. For years Lidl has been trying to convince Sweden that low prices and high quality can go together. We opened a gourmet restaurant called DILL to prove it to them. The British two star Michelin Chef Michael Wignall was in charged of the cooking but what nobody knew was that all the food, down to the smallest grain of salt, was bought at Lidl. DILL was open for three weeks. It was fully booked from its first day to its last.
