We created an advertisement in which we used a “dusty car” abandoned in the parking lot as media to communicate the idea of a service “in which cars sitting idle at home can be utilized in car sharing” We produced 3 vehicles. These were depicted in the following ways: Real: depicting the actual person in a real way. Ukiyoe picture: traditional Japanese method Animation: a touch portraying modern Japanese culture. Additionally, by placing it outdoors, in a guerilla-type way, people passing by could actually touching it and dust could be blown by the wind giving it a dancing effect. This would show that it was not simply a paint and give it more impact.

While Japan is one of the leading countries in terms of car use, there are many vehicles that are left idle without being driven. Services such as car sharing have not taken root, and methods of using vehicles other than the when you drive yourself are not widely known.
